- Users enter Report data in familiar EXCEL templates and the tool automatically converts them either to CSV format or to XBRL/XML as required by the European authorities
- Users can even automate Report creation process by providing “digital links” of each Report data item with the data extracted by the Bank information systems
- We support Banks to establish the automatic digital link channel creation with an ultimate target to make Report generation a “lights off” back end process
SimpleBankReporter Tool Deployment to Customers
- We provide Annual Subscription packages per Financial Entity (Bank)
- Each Bank can choose one or more Report Groups as they are offered
- For each Report Group there is an Annual Standard subscription fee per Financial Entity
- The standard subscription fee covers a specific total Annual Size threshold for all the created reports by the Tool. Any excess in this threshold is proportionally subject to additional fee as dictated by each package
- The tool is continuously updated to be compliant with any changes to the Report types by the regulatory authorities. These changes are communicated to the Customers to be well aware for their report updates
Accompanying Services to Customers
- Training and demonstration on how to carry out data entry to the SimpleBankReporter tool and report generation to the required XBRL/XML and CSV formats
- Basic Explanation of the Interfacing method employed for automating Data Entry and Consulting Services to implement Automation based on the Banks’ own technical environment and systems
